Warren Kline to Take on Additional Leadership Role at Idaho Power

In a move that complements recent adjustments to Idaho Power’s regional leadership structure, Idaho Power’s Boards of directors approved Vice President of Customer Service & Regional Operations Warren Kline as Vice President of Customer Operations during their March meeting. This change reinforces operational efficiencies and reporting structure consistency as the company combines its five service regions into three over the next few months.

“Warren has been a committed and valued part of the Idaho Power team for more than 30 years,” said Executive Vice President of Operations Dan Minor. “His unwavering customer focus and skill in maximizing workflow processes further the company’s ability to provide service in new ways to meet our customers’ diverse needs, while addressing changes in our evolving business.”

“As a company, we are strengthening our current capabilities in providing reliable, responsible, fair-priced electric service to customers throughout our service area,” said Kline. “With the help of my existing leadership team, we will continue our emphasis on customer and community relations. These are core initiatives that benefit the people who count on our services every day.”
