Bev is Executive Vice-President of Customer Care & Conservation at BC Hydro. She is responsible for Energy Planning, Energy Acquisition, Power Smart and Customer Care. One of Bev's key goals over the next few years is to close the energy gap between supply and demand by planning and contracting for new energy supply and, by promoting innovative demand side management programs and rate designs.
Bev joined BC Hydro in 1997. She has held the position of Manager, Key Accounts, Vice President, Power Smart and Senior Vice President, Distribution. Bev graduated with distinction from the University of Victoria with a Bachelor of Arts Degree. She is also a graduate of the Richard Ivey School of Business Executive Management Program at the University of Western Ontario. Bev is currently on the Board of Science World, Western Energy Institute (Chair) and Accenture Business Services for Utilities.
