Mr. Resh is the National Director of the Black & Veatch Asset Management Practice. He has over 39 years of experience in the Energy and Utility industries and has extensive consulting background on a variety of projects, including work and asset management, application selection, asset valuations, market research and analysis, competitive assessments, and industry benchmarking and trends. He is a specialist in utility strategic planning and has assisted several utilities in preparation for deregulation of energy markets. He also has extensive experience with major capital project management. Tom is currently serving his third term on the Board of Directors of the Western Energy Institute.
