Phasors
Phasors are an important tool for describing and analyzing electrical quantities. Part I will explore basic phasor description and math helpful to the Meter Tech, and begin some metering applications.

Application of Electronic Meter Programs Lab
Suppliers demonstrate how to communicate with their software and electronic meters, replace and download programs, maintain and update register data, and upload meter data. Installing software Monday morning or online prior to school (if available) is required. Students must choose their preferred supplier during registration: Honeywell-Elster Solutions; Aclara; Itron; Landis + Gyr.

Creation of Electronic Meter Programs Lab
