The Project Management + Utilities – IT + Analytics Program Development Team is responsible for the strategy and structure of the IT + Analytics track of the annual WEI Project Management +Utilities Conference. Bringing together PMO leadership from across western North America, this team identifies the opportunities and challenges in the PM role, selects speakers and topics, and provides oversight for the planning subgroups supporting the Project Management + Utilities Conference.
