Facilities + Workplace Experience – Virtual (Jun 04)

This forum provides an opportunity to collaborate and share information with other utilities on how they are approaching facilities, office space, and operations building management. Discussions address a variety of areas, including space and occupancy standards, building maintenance/improvements, technology integration, and equipment management. Additional conversations around long-term strategy may include workplace transformation efforts, adapting to hybrid work models, electrification of fleets, and achieving sustainability goals.

  • No travel required. All agenda times are in Pacific time. Instructions to access the virtual event will be provided to the attendee before the program.
  • Who Should Attend
  • Directors, senior managers, and managers responsible for facilities management or workplace planning. 

  • Registration Options
  • Member: $199 USD

    Registration includes virtual access to all agenda items and digital program materials.

  • General Cancellation Policy
  • Due to contractual obligations, cancellations received 15 business days prior to the program will receive a full refund. Cancellations received 6 to 14 business days prior to the event will receive a refund, less a $100 administrative fee. No shows and last minute cancellations, 5 business days prior to the event or less, will be responsible for the full registration fee. Substitutions from your organization for the same event are always welcome.
  • Participation Policy
  • Western Energy Institute programs and events are open to energy companies (including gas production and electric generation, gas and electric transmission and gas and electric distribution utilities). Select programs and events are open to energy industry product and service suppliers. Programs and events are closed to all media representatives and to the general public. Recording is not permitted for any portion of the event.

Julie leads Tacoma Power’s Shared Services Asset Investment Planning team, and focuses on building the organizational expertise needed to make the best decisions around infrastructure upgrades. She gained an appreciation for the importance of trustworthy data analytics in prior roles uncovering trends in international web traffic for Expedia, Inc., and analyzing terrorism threats for the United States Air Force. Julie holds a Master’s Degree in Data Analytics as well as an MBA, and holds certifications in Knowledge, Change and Asset Management.
