This program provides utility and service company employees with a broad understanding of how the gas utility industry works, as well as with a better awareness of their own roles within their organizations. Designed for new, seasoned and emerging employees, participants will explore the critical issues affecting the gas industry and the interaction between utilities and their stakeholders. This program is offered biannually as a general session for individual registrations. Additionally, it is offered with a customizable curriculum and hosted regularly by WEI member companies in order to address their specific organizational needs and provide a unique, individualized training experience for their employees.
