Human Resources professionals and leaders play an integral part in the success organizations, teams, and individuals. The past 18 months presented opportunities to prove the powerful impact of our HR profession again and again. And again! Yet, in the wisdom of flight attendants, we need to put our own oxygen masks on before we put it on others. Take this time on Day 2 of the forum to briefly step away from your role as an HR professional, caretaker, advisor, expert, coach, enforcer, teacher, leader, partner, and more. During this session we will guide you through exercises designed to help you hit ”pause” and refocus on your own balance, growth, and intentionality, helping you raise your own oxygen levels before the forum ends.
