Leading through Coaching – Virtual (Jun 11)

Being an effective leader of individuals and groups of people is something that takes practice, patience, and continuous learning.  It can also be one of the most rewarding and impactful experiences for the people involved and can leave a long-lasting legacy for organizational culture and effectiveness.  Being a good coach is critical to this equation and is something that we all strive to be. This course will prepare you to be a more effective leader through facilitated information and exercises with fellow WEI members.
