Professional Development – Negotiating to Create Value (Dec 01)

By the end of this training, you will gain the knowledge and ability to:Identify and succeed in everyday negotiations, euderstand how negotiating to create value differs from claiming value, identify biases and influence others in negotiations, and gain confidence in your ability to prepare for a negotiation effectively, ask for what you want and need, get more of what you want through proven strategies and build value-creating agreements.

  • Members with a desire to learn and develop new skills as well as members that have professional development plans and goals that need to be addressed through training.
