Utility ICS Training (Oct 27-28)

This program is the first in the country to provide Incident Command System training and educational services designed specifically for utilities. The course offers utilities new training in incident management and emergency response practices, and helps strengthen the industry’s sharing of instructional resources, best practices and mutual assistance. The course is offered on-site at host utilities and annually in Portland as an open event.

Effective resource management, transfer of command, demobilization, incorporate Ops, plans, logs, safety and the tactical planning.

Translating the tactics meeting and the 215 (and 215 A – Safety Plan) into the Incident Action Plan (IAP 203 and 204s).
