Aaron Janisko

Aaron Janisko is a Construction Superintendent/Distribution Services Manager for Snohomish County PUD, the 12th largest public utility in the nation. After graduating from ITT Technical Institute in 1998 with a degree in Electronics Engineering Technology, Aaron went to work for General Telephone as an Installation and Repair Technician. After one year with the telephone company, Aaron was hired as an Assistant Design Engineer at Snohomish County PUD where he has worked for the past 15 years. During these 15 years, Aaron has promoted through the Utility from Assistant Design Engineer to Design Engineer, to Senior Design Engineer. In 2013 Aaron was promoted to Construction Superintendent where he managed 2 work groups. The first work group Construction Scheduling, which schedules work for the Utility and the second work group Line Inspection, manages and inspects Line Construction work that is contracted out to private contractors. In 2014 Aaron successfully completed Front Line Leadership Training through Northwest Public Power Association. Also in 2014, Aaron was selected to temporarily backfill as Distribution Services Manager for one of Snohomish PUD’s local offices where he currently manages two Line Crews, three Engineers, three Customer Service Representatives, and two Line Servicemen.
