AJ Morales

AJ Morales is the Program Manager for a Data Science team focused on the development and implementation of analytics tools supporting Public Safety initiatives at Pacific Gas & Electric (PG&E). In his previous role, AJ worked for the Corrective Action Program (CAP) department where he was responsible for the development and implementation of an enterprise Tableau dashboard used for tracking and reporting metrics to PG&Es senior leadership team.

Prior to PG&E, AJ worked for Southern California Edison (SCE) where he developed a database used to streamline underground asset inspections and risk based prioritization. Output of this database was used for ranking assets for replacement using weighted risk based measures as well as provided the objective evidence needed for the CPUC rate case filings. AJ has earned a Masters degree in business, a Bachelors in Project Management, and holds a Professional Certification in Project Management. He is also certified as a Professional Instructor, Root Cause Evaluator, and most recently became a Certified Scrum Master (CSM).
