Alisa Tazioli has spent her entire career in the legal profession. Her recruiting experience includes work on behalf of clients ranging from Fortune 500, privately-held entities, public utilities, and law firms. She joined the Seattle office of Major, Lindsey & Africa in 2005 and focuses on the Pacific Northwest in-house market.
Alisa spent five years as the Attorney Recruiting & Training Manager at Bogle & Gates until joining Microsoft as their in-house recruiter where she hired lawyers in all areas of practice as well as government relations and community affairs professionals. She held a similar role as a professional recruiter at Amazon.com managing their legal recruiting program. Prior to her recruiting career, Alisa spent ten years in the Pacific Northwest legal community as a litigation paralegal and working for the court system. A lifelong resident of the Seattle area, Alisa received a B.A. in Sociology from the University of Washington. She is active in the Northwest Minority Job Fair as a member of their board of directors and annual planning committee. Throughout her career she has received awards acknowledging her ability to deliver outstanding results, including multiple achievement awards while at Microsoft, the “MVP Award for Excellence” at Bogle & Gates and an award for outstanding service as Executive Director of Northwest Minority Job Fair.
