Alissa uses dynamic market data to provide utilities with actionable insights that help them create the optimal customer experience. She specializes in identifying emerging trends and creating strategic plans for implementation of best practices. Her marketing and research experience spans customer experience, voice of the customer, and user experience design thinking, as well as process, product, and technology innovation. Alissa has extensive experience in agency and client-side research in government-regulated industries such as education, healthcare, and transportation. In addition to project management, Alissa has experience facilitating and leading cross-functional teams in the development of marketing plans and strategy that yield proven ROI when implemented. She currently manages the Research & Analytics Team at SDG&E, and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing and a Master of Sciences in Marketing and Business Administration from Bowling Green State University.
