Anjuman Shahriar

Anjuman Shahriar is the Civil Engineer of Transmission Lines Department at FortisBC. She has been working in the utility industry for six years as Civil Engineer with a focus on line design, rehabilitation and maintenance. Besides transmission line group, she provides civil engineering support to substation and generation group of FortisBC. In addition to her Engineering responsibilities at FORTISBC, she is leading different research projects from Lines Engineering, substation, generation and Gas pipelines in collaboration with university of British Columbia, Okanagan campus. Anjuman holds Bachelor and Master of Science degree in civil engineering from Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology and a PhD Degree from Western University at London, Ontario.
