April McAllaster

April McAllaster is a Site Manager in the Customer Contact Center for SoCalGas. She currently manages the Work From Home program which has 200 agents working from home and 11 Supervisors managing solely work from teams. In her 22 years with SoCalGas, April’s areas of experience include; Quality Assurance, Supervision, Customer Payment Office Operations, and Performance Coaching. She has a Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma and is currently pursuing her Master of Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance.
