Armando Bolivar

Armando Bolivar is currently the Assistant Director for Customer Service at the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power, currently overseeing the Customer Relations group and Quality Assurance. He has been in the utility industry for over 27 years, working his way up from a front-line service representative, through the supervisory ranks, and into utility management. He has managed in areas such as Field Operations, System Support, and Call Center. He has been involved with utility scams since 2018, and works to help bring awareness on scam approaches and mitigation techniques to prevent customer losses.
