Becky Mandich is currently a Senior Advisor in Southern California Edison’s Environmental Affairs and Compliance group. Her responsibilities include developing and implementing positions on policy issues, engaging with leadership at external state and federal land agencies, and developing programmatic solutions that increase operational efficiencies. Becky has also held positions in SCE’s Transportation Electrification and Integrated Planning and Strategy groups with responsibilities ranging from overseeing the construction of two utility owned fuel-cell power plants to developing and implementing strategies that ensured reliable power could be delivered to its customers in light of an unplanned permanent closure of its largest power plant. Prior to SCE, Becky work in various project, construction and/or general management roles within the energy, home development, and environmental consulting industries. When she’s not working, she enjoying spending time with friends and family, volunteering, hiking all over the world (favorites include Kilimanjaro, Everest Base Camp, and Machu Picchu), traveling (just got back from a 3 week vacation in Japan), concerts, and exploring latest new restaurant, bar, or brewery in the area.
