Ben Eisenberg

Ben Eisenberg is a Manager in KPMG’s Human Capital Advisory practice, and currently serving as Chief of Staff to the KPMG Denver Office Managing Partner and Lead Director of the KPMG Board of Directors. Ben has focused on the Workforce Shaping service offering, helping clients strategize, plan, and execute around preparing their workforces for the future of work as automation comes. Ben has also advised clients on organizational design, behavioral change management, and learning and development. He primarily serves the west coast utility industry.
