Benjamin Beberness

Benjamin Beberness has more than 20 years of information technology experience, most recently as Chief Information Officer for Snohomish County PUD. As CIO, he is responsible for all IT operations and cyber security. He was recognized by Puget Sound Business Journal as the 2015 Outstanding CIO and IntelligentUtility as the 2013 CIO of the Year, Small Utility. Prior to Snohomish, he held the position as Director of Delivery Services for PacifiCorp in Portland, Oregon. He has extensive experience managing a broad range of technology, security and compliance including sixteen years in large-scale management roles. His background also includes work for Williams Gas Pipeline in Houston, Texas; the Deloitte and Touché Consulting Group / DRT Systems and Lockheed Martin.

Beberness currently is on the Energy– Information Sharing & Analysis Center (E-ISAC) Member Executive Committee Meeting and SAP Advisory Customer Council Utilities (ACCU).
