Beverly Woolf

Working with both Customer- and Operations-focused programs, Beverly leads WEI’s Operations Conference, Women in Energy Symposium, and the Customer Connections Executive Forum. She supports the Women in Leadership Mentoring + Development program as well as WEI’s program on Incident Command System Leadership. Beverly is also the primary facilitator of WEI’s custodianship of the Western Region Mutual Assistance Agreement and the Northwest Mutual Assistance Agreement.

Prior to joining WEI in 2015 Beverly worked for Contact Energy in New Zealand. She started part time on the phones in the call center and moved up through Customer Care and Operations departments, rising to the position of Business Implementation Manager, overseeing areas such as smart meter deployment, regulatory integration, and quality assurance.

Beverly is a graduate of Missouri State University and currently lives in Portland, Oregon. She and her husband, Jon, have three kids, two grandsons, an amazing daughter-in-law, and two dogs.
