Mrs. Bilyana Milanova is the Project Controls Manger of Campos EPC (CEPC). Her responsibilities include managing, directing and implementing all aspects of project controls within CEPC and for clients within the energy sector. Her duties include development and implementation of Process and Procedures for each department, working directly with client representatives to manage all client needs and expectations and collaboration of team leads to ensure that all employees within each department are trained and experienced to meet the needs and requirements of the energy sector.
Mrs. Milanova has extensive experience in working in and with large multi-national firms. She has worked on large programs for and assisted the Program Management Office (PMO) and Execution Programs. Her ability to work with and integrate within an existing management organization for highly visible projects has allowed for her to gain a unique experience and understanding of how to develop and implement Estimating, Scheduling, Cost Control and Management of Change within organizations to meet their specific needs and demands.
Mrs. Milanova experience in directly performing lead analysis of costs and budgets has given her a strong financial understanding of reporting requirements. This allows for her to collaborate within a team environment to create custom reports for progress and summary reports to document decisions, factors, compliance and outcomes. While also reviewing estimates and schedules to review with stakeholders to define validity, reasonability and timeline.
Mrs. Milanova grew up in Bulgaria, where she attended and received her BS in Economics and later attended University of Mississippi and received here MBA in Business Management. She continued her educational achievements to become a Six Sigma Black Belt and in process of PMP certification. Mrs. Milanova is fluent in 5 languages and is currently living in Los Angeles, CA working directly with clients to ensure their program success.
