Brad Maiorino

Brad Maiorino is an executive vice president in Booz Allen’s commercial business, responsible for helping the firm’s clients deploy cybersecurity and risk management solutions to combat today’s dynamic threat environment.

Brad joined Booz Allen from Target, where he served as chief information security officer. In that role, he led the retail giant’s post-data breach response and information security and risk transformation. Before that, he was the chief information security officer for General Motors and General Electric.

Brad brings more than 20 years of experience to Booz Allen, with a diverse background in software engineering, infrastructure, and technology risk and compliance. Across multiple global enterprises, he has transformed information security and risk organizations and has cultivated cultures of security.

At Target, Brad transformed Target’s information security programs to enable a companywide transformation and defend against today’s threats. He is a member of the board of directors for the Retail Cyber Intelligence Sharing Center (R-CISC), where he works alongside his peers to strengthen the industry’s collective defense against today’s threats.

At General Motors, Brad led the transformation of the automaker’s global information security and IT risk organization, building out a global team and establishing the company’s Vehicle Cyber Security Steering committee. Prior to General Motors, he was the chief information security officer at General Electric. There he oversaw GE’s global information security program across all lines of business and led the design and build of the GE Cyber Security Fusion Center, a state-of-the-art security operations center.
