A member of the Oregon State Bar, Brandon is responsible for power supply, rates, and regional and regulatory affairs as they apply to power and transmission costs at Central Lincoln PUD, a medium-sized utility serving Oregon’s Central Coast. As Central Lincoln doesn’t have the departments and resources of a large utility, Brandon also works on many assignments outside of his regular scope of work, such as working with outside counsel on contracts and other legal issues, researching answers to various questions generated by Central Lincoln’s board, and developing policies and procedures for human resources. As Power Analyst, Brandon is a member of Central Lincoln’s Leadership Team, configuring Central Lincoln’s business plan, and helping to develop creative ways to maximize opportunities and craft solutions to challenges facing the utility. Brandon was born in the Los Angeles area. He graduated from Southern Utah University with a Bachelor of Science in Political Science, and earned his J.D. at Lewis and Clark Law School in 2009. While in law school, Brandon clerked in the General Counsel’s office at BPA, working on various legal issues, and served as a Rate Case Hearing Clerk. The experience he gained at BPA make him an especially great fit for Central Lincoln.
