Brandon Young

Brandon Young is BC Hydro’s digital communications manager. He is responsible for developing and integrating the organization’s digital strategy. He is also responsible for managing customer communications online and in email, as well as BC Hydro’s social media channels.

Over the past few years, BC Hydro has focused on enhancing the customer experience during outages, specifically during large, high impact storms. To do this, the team has focused on integration between operations and customer channels”.
