Carey Quinn

I am responsible for the Vancouver Contact Centre for BC Hydro. I lead a team of 175 Agents and 7 Managers. I have been managing for 15 years overseeing employees in the Contact Centre and Field Services for BC Hydro. My passion is in the people. I strive to create a culture that gets the employees excited to come to work every day and provide customer service that they can be proud of. I have a proven track record of being able to meet customer service targets in order to minimize financial and reputational impacts. I am trained in Work Smart and Design Thinking and have led workshops and projects in people, process and technology improvements.
