Carie Mourin

Carie is the Manager of Operations Support and Gas Control at Avista Utilities responsible for gas and electric service, compliance & credit dispatch as well as managing the Gas Control Room and gas emergency dispatch. Carie is also responsible for the oversight and support of the Mobile Dispatch System (ABB – Service Suite). Carie started with Avista Corporation in 2001 has worked primarily with gas and electric operations. Carie is involved with the Women of Water Power Legacy Scholarship foundation and volunteers for the Spokane Valley Jr. Soccer Association in the Spring and Fall She makes her home in Spokane, Wa with her husband Terry and eight year old daughter Mollie.
