Carl Lepper

Carl Lepper is an Director in the Global Services and Emerging Industries Division, Utility practice at J.D. Power. His responsibilities include providing research and account management support, maintaining communication with clients and outside suppliers, and assisting in questionnaire design. Mr. Lepper also contributes to several of the company’s syndicated and proprietary studies in the utility practice, specifically studies relating to electric and gas utilities.
