Carrie Heglund has been with Southwest Gas Corporation (SWG) for 25 years in varying levels of responsibility. She began her journey with SWG in a satellite district office gaining a wide variety of experience all related to Operations and Customer Assistance. After nine years in the district she transitioned into management overseeing the activities of the Division’s Call Center. As the Company embarked in centralization of Call Centers, Carrie was key to the development, standardization and deployment of a centralized Credit and Billing team, responsible for billing compliance activities for the company. Having spent 19 years in the office, Carrie ventured out into Operations and was the District Manager in Southern Arizona before transferring back to Northern Nevada as the Manager of District Operations there. Carrie received her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration in 2014.
