Carter Saline

Carter is a licensed professional civil engineer who has spent his most of career of over 35 years in the fields of natural gas engineering and pipeline and facility construction. Since 2012 he oversees quality for major liquid pipeline projects at Enbridge Energy. Carter lives in Omaha, Nebraska and is employed by Avery Technical Resources of Sterling, Colorado.
