Cassandra Brazell

Cassandra is the Supervisor of Customer Service and Credit for Montana Dakota Utilities Group where she assists with the management of the Customer Experience Team (CXT), serving 4 Utility brands across an 8-state service territory. She joined Montana Dakota Utilities in 2014 as a Customer Service Team Lead and worked to take on progressive responsibilities. Cassandra has over 24 years of Customer Service experience with 15 years dedicated to the Contact Center environment. Her passion for Customer Service is second only to the team for whom she serves. Cassandra enjoys being active in her community, supporting a variety of causes with her time and talent. She resides in Bismarck ND with her daughter Lila and their Shih Tzu, Ben.
