Chandra Wilborn-Davis

Chandra has earned a BA in Communication and an MBA with a concentration in Project Management. She has worked 13 years in communications related fields such as Public Relations, Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) compliance, and Dispatch Communications. She has 9 years of experience in emergency response support coupled with 3 years of experience serving as a Department Lead and SME for Projects. The crux of her professional experience began with Bechtel SAIC, LLC and continues with Southwest Gas Corporation. She has been in her current position as a Specialist for Dispatch for over 3 years and is transitioning into Organizational Change Management (OCM). Similar to the Dispatch Specialist position, the OCM position is a first of its kind position within Southwest Gas Corporation. Chandra has been responsible for the development of a Dispatcher Training program as well as quality and process improvements for the department. She looks forward to the continuous work of advancing the Southwest Gas mission of Safety, Service and Reliability through the contribution of enhancements to the training and quality standards for Dispatch. As she moves closer to the transition into OCM in 2019, Chandra will extend her expertise in Communication, Emergency Response Support and Project Management knowledge to further Southwest Gas goals and initiatives. Chandra looks forward to supporting and assisting staff through the many exciting changes planned which are geared toward enhancing the customer experience.
