Chip Stanley

Chip Stanley is one of the Senior Human Performance Specialist for Pacific Gas & Electric Company. The company provides natural gas and electric service to approximately 16 million people throughout a 70,000-square-mile service area in northern and central California. Chip spends the majority of his time developing and delivering Human Performance training to Electric Operations. Prior to his current position, he worked as a senior safety specialist primarily investigating active errors. Starting his career at the company’s nuclear power where he learned the value of human performance process. Chip lives in Paso Robles, California, with his beautiful wife and proud father of two wonderful sons.
