Chris Heminsley

Chris Heminsley is a Senior Manager of Business & Economic Development at BC Hydro. Since joining BC Hydro in 1990, Chris has held a variety of positions within the company that are focused on fostering economic activity across B.C. He has also been involved with First Nations negotiations related to energy procurement and transmission infrastructure.

As the Senior Manager of Business & Economic Development, Chris leads a team that is responsible for attracting new customers to B.C. by identifying the barriers to locating in B.C., and working collaboratively within BC Hydro, government and non-government organizations to remove those barriers.

Chris holds a Masters of Business Administration from the University of British Columbia.
