Chris Moulden

Chris is the Safety Director at ARB, Inc. a subsidiary of Primoris Services Corporation and is responsible for leading the safety effort for ARB along with 6 other business units that are on the West Coast of the United States. His team is comprised of more the 45 safety professionals. Chris’s 15 year career began when he graduated from The College of Oceaneering which was located in the Port of Long Beach. Following his graduation, he became a commercial diver specializing in Hyberbaric Medicine. This translated nicely in to Chris’ safety career being that safety operations are very safety oriented. As his career matured he started to realize that in order to duplicate positive results systems needed to be put in place. Chris has played a vital role in creating and implementing ARB’s Health and Safety Management Program first modeled after ANSI Z-10 which has opened the conversation to adopt API 1173. He currently sits on the National Mechanical Contractors Association of America Safety Board. In 2017 he was voted by his peers in the Distribution Contractors Association as Safety Director of the year. Chris is originally from Winnipeg Manitoba, and currently resides in Orange County California.
