Christina Kemmler

Christina Kemmler joined SMUD in 2002 and spent time in the General Counsel’s Office before becoming a Business Planning Analyst in Information Technology where her work contributed to budget planning and reporting and the IT project management office for 11 years. Her experience with budgets and supporting project management was a natural transition into her current role in Enterprise Performance as Enterprise Performance Planning Coordinator where her primary focus is managing SMUD’s project portfolio and facilitating the governance for the enterprise projects. She was a key process expert in the ServiceNow Project Portfolio Management (PPM) tool implementation that gives SMUD the capability to streamline and consolidate enterprise project details and coordination.

She is an alum of the 2018 SMUD Building Leadership Talent (BLT) program. In addition to expanding her leadership skills, her cohort worked on a community project raising over $115k to fund the building of a baseball field for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Sacramento.
