Christopher Black

Chris currently leads Data Management and Governance for Arizona Public Service (APS). This involves using a Data Governance System to inventory the data, create and track the traceability of data between systems of records, and work with the Enterprise to identify critical data elements that need to be governed. He has over 18 years of experience in the electrical utility space ranging from project management, design, geographical information systems, operation support, applications system testing, and data management. Chris has a Master’s Degree in Management and Leadership from Webster University. When he isn’t working, he enjoys gardening, running or going to Disneyland with his wife and 4 boys.
