Cindy Zhang

Cindy Zhang is the senior manager of integrated projects team within ENMAX Power Corporation. She is leading a team that is responsible for executing all capital projects that are initiated and justified by our asset management group related to aging infrastructure. The projects are ranging from Transmission line/Underground cable replacement, substation infrastructure replacement, distribution and downtown underground network infrastructure replacement. Her team is also responsible for supporting the Asset team to justify the prudence of capital expenditures for rate applications.
Cindy moved to Canada in 1998 after graduated in 1994 with a Bachelor of Power Engineering degree from China. She has then pursued master degree of Electrical Engineering at University of Alberta, Canada in 2000. Cindy is a registered Professional Engineer in Alberta and has been in Utility industry for more than 20 years. She has gained tremendous experiences related to Substation Asset Management, Substation Design, and Project Management on both Transmission, Substation, and Distribution projects.
