Clark Bryner

I was born and raised in Logan, Utah. I attended Utah State University where I received both an academic and athletic scholarship to compete on the track and cross country teams. Go Aggies! While at Utah State, I earned a B.A. in Geography and a M.S. in Bioregional Planning.

I began my professional career as an Environmental Planner for Transcon Environmental in Phoenix, Arizona. I worked at Transcon for 4 years and moved up from Planner, to Supervisor, to Project Manager. My work at Transcon exposed me to the electric utility industry.

In 2010, I accepted a position with Tucson Electric Power as an Environmental and Land Use Planner. In 2012, I accepted the position of Transmission Maintenance Planner, still with TEP, but in T&D Operations which was a completely new career path for me. In 2014, I was offered the opportunity to move into a leadership role to be the acting T&D Supervisor overseeing Single-phase Metering. Most currently, I am the T&D Supervisor overseeing Asset Management. A position that I have held since 2015 when the department was formed.
