Cliff Center has been in the marine construction since 1975. 15 years in Alaska as a partner in Underwater Construction Inc., a marine contracting and commercial diving company working as a diver, welder, crane operator, tug captain, barge master, DP operator and project manager. 10 years in Seattle and worldwide as operations manager for Pirelli Jacobson, later to become Prysmian Group. Extensive experience installing and burying submarine cable, designing cable burial equipment and overseeing cable repairs. 10 years as Center Marine Services and project manager for Harbor Offshore Inc., a commercial diving and contracting company working offshore and on hydroelectric projects.

Center Marine Services also offers expert owner representation on the job site, value engineering, and quality control with an emphasis of achieving project goals safely, at the highest quality, for the least cost.
