Daisie Cristobal Sanchez

Daisie Cristobal Sanchez is the Community Outreach Lead for SoCalGas’ Customer Assistance Programs. In this role, she is responsible for leading community outreach and education efforts around SoCalGas’ assistance programs that include CARE, the Energy Savings Assistance Program and Medical Baseline.

Daisie joined SoCalGas in 2007 as a Communications Advisor where she was the direct contact for creating materials to drive awareness to the company’s energy efficiency programs. In 2011, Daisie moved to become a Project Manager for SoCalGas’ Advanced Meter team where she was an integral part of the team leading the implementation of the communications and community outreach strategy for the company’s meter reading technology upgrade. Her efforts included developing strategies to prepare locally elected officials, customers, and communities for the installation of the advanced meter module and communication network. In late 2013, she worked in a dual role driving outreach support for both Advanced Meter and the Pipeline Safety Enhancement Plan, two of the company’s largest initiatives at the time.

Prior to joining SoCalGas, Daisie held various positions in advertising and public relations, with a focus in the Hispanic market. She led national public relations campaigns for companies like Payless ShoeSource, TJ Maxx, Ford Motor Company, ESPN Deportes as well as local efforts for Los Angeles County Department of Health Services and LAX Hilton.

Daisie graduated from California State University, Fullerton with a Bachelor’s in Communications, emphasis in Public Relations, and a minor in Sociology. Daisie was born and raised in Whittier, Ca where she currently resides with her husband and rescue American Bulldog, Piggie Smallz. Daisie is a die-hard Dodgers fan and bleeds Dodger Blue!
