Dan Kirschner

Dan Kirschner is the Executive Director of the Northwest Gas Association (NWGA). In this role Kirschner works to foster understanding among opinion leaders and informed decision-making by governing officials on issues related to natural gas in the Pacific Northwest. Kirschner has extensive public policy and public affairs experience.

Prior to joining the NWGA, Kirschner was the Vice President of Public Affairs at the Spokane Regional Chamber of Commerce. Before the Chamber, Kirschner was the Majority Chief of Staff in the Washington State House of Representatives. He also served as Regional Director for U.S. Senator Slade Gorton in eastern and central Washington.

Kirschner has a BA in Government and Economics from Eastern Washington University and an MBA from the University of Washington.
