Dan Nunez

Dan Nunez graduated from Cal Poly in 2010 with a degree in Civil Engineering. Dan transitioned into Transmission Line Design & Project Management at Bonneville Power Administration which lead to standing up a Federal Internal Controls program for Reliability Standards. Moving from asset delivery Dan transitioned to Asset Management Strategy & Risk Management standing up enterprise and business line asset risk and health capabilities to make decisions on the investments that are leveraging Institute of Asset Management (IAM) frameworks. Dan joined Portland General Electric in 2021 after previously standing up a Wildfire Mitigation Program to lead the PGE wildfire planning & strategy organization. This Includes developing Capital/Maintenance plans as well as managing PGE’s wildfire risk mitigation strategy and targets.
