David Felix

David Felix works as Manager of Regulatory Policy and Strategic Engagement at SRP. In this role David oversees the analysis and review of regulations and orders proposed or issued by the ACC, FERC, and CAISO and their impact on SRP.

Prior to this role, David served as Manager for various departments within SRP such as of Fuel Supply Operations, Emerging Customer Programs and Solar Initiatives.

David has over 15 years experience in the electric utility business and holds a Master’s of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from New Mexico State University.
