David Gabbard

David Gabbard is the Senior Director, Transmission Asset Management at PG&E. Through his 12+ years with PG&E, Dave has held positions in T&D Construction, Project Management, Generation Interconnection, and Transmission Asset Management. In his current role, Dave leads a department responsible for the long term planning of PG&E’s transmission and substation infrastructure.

Dave received his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo, Ca and his Masters in Business Administration from the University of Pennsylvania, Wharton Executive MBA Program. Dave is also PMP certified from the Project Management Institute.
