Dean currently serves as the Manger of Emergency Preparedness for Eversource’s New Hampshire service territory. He has overall responsibility for the development and implementation of Electric Operations Business Continuity planning, the New Hampshire Emergency Response Plan (ERP), Emergency Response Organization staffing and ERP related coordination, training and exercises.
Dean has over 20 years electric utility experience in a variety of positions including Substation Operations and Maintenance, Transmission Assets Management, and Emergency Management. He serves on a variety of utility industry committees, including the Electric Subsector Coordinating Council (ESCC) Control Center Continuity Working Group and the Electric Utility Emergency Management Forum. Outside of work he servs as Scoutmaster with the local Boy Scout Troop and as a Captain and Emergency Medical Technician with the Rutland Fire Department.
