Debbie Guerra

Debbie Guerra has worked for Pacific Power for over 34 years. After her first 22 years of ascending responsibility and diverse roles in the organization, Debbie became the company’s emergency manager in 2003. After 5 years of enhancing the company’s emergency program, she earned additional leadership responsibilities as Director of Transmission & Distribution Operations Support. Her current responsibilities include overseeing Emergency Management, Technical Training, Facilities, Logistic, Joint Use, Field Inspection and Contract Management.
