Denise DiTrapani

Denise is a Manager for the Call Center and Credit and Billing Operations at Southwest Gas Corporation, a natural gas utility headquartered in Las Vegas, Nevada. Southwest Gas has over 2 million customers in Arizona, California and Nevada. Denise has been with Southwest Gas for 25 years. In her current position, she manages Call Center operations in Las Vegas, Phoenix and Tucson and Credit and Billing operations in Carson City and Victorville. Denise works in conjunction with contracted vendors for remote and at-home agents and is a member of the Southwest Gas Customer Experience Committee.
