Diana Jaster

Diana has worked in customer service for 20 years and working with people is her passion. She has been working in the BC Hydro contact centre for 3 years as a customer service agent. Diana is also a member of the engagement committee which works together to plan events for the staff. Most of her career has been working in retail and it is very important to her that work is a fun place to be while ensuring company goals and values are maintained.
